Refund policy

If an item is not satisfactory upon arrival, contact me immediately so we can set up your return.  Items can also be exchanged for up to two weeks after the items has been received. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and will be credited minus the initial shipping cost. In order to qualify for a refund the items much be returned in perfect, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your True Cotton Artwork please don't hesitate to contact me.
